Tras el éxito conseguido con sus nuevas rutas desde Toronto, Ottawa y Hamilton, la aerolínea Porter añadirá una ruta más al destino jalisciense.
Porter Airlines ha anunciado sus primeros vuelos internacionales desde Alberta. La compañía canadiense ha experimentado un rápido crecimiento con su expansión a nuevos destinos en México, Centroamérica y El Caribe, por lo que ha proyectado más de 40 rutas hacia esta región para la temporada 2026-27.
Luego de su inicio de operaciones en Puerto Vallarta a fines de 2025 con vuelos desde Ontario, Porter ha anunciado nuevos vuelos desde Edmonton con 3 frecuencias semanales en aeronaves Embraer E195-E2 de 132 pasajeros a partir del 3 de noviembre de este año. Además, su ruta desde Toronto pasará de 5 frecuencias semanales a volar diariamente a este importante destino mexicano. En total, este crecimiento representa más de 2,600 nuevos asientos mensuales desde Canadá hacia Puerto Vallarta.
New Flight from Edmonton to Puerto Vallarta
Following the success of its new routes from Toronto, Ottawa, and Hamilton, Porter Airlines will add another route to the Jalisco destination.
Porter Airlines has announced its first international flights from Alberta. The Canadian company has experienced rapid growth with its expansion to new destinations in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean, and has projected more than 40 routes to this region for the 2026-27 season.
After beginning operations in Puerto Vallarta in late 2025 with flights from Ontario, Porter has announced new flights from Edmonton with three weekly frequencies on 132-passenger Embraer E195-E2 aircraft starting November 3 of this year. In addition, its route from Toronto will increase from five weekly frequencies to daily service to this important Mexican destination. In total, this growth represents more than 2,600 new seats per month from Canada to Puerto Vallarta.
